Judicial System

Judicial system needs to be reformed. Judicial discretion about sentences led to serious mistakes concerning dangerous criminals. Mandatory minimum sentencing is important tool for keeping offenders off the streets.

What should we do?

Preserving public safety by keeping criminals off the streets and by showing that citizen being vigilance. Court system showed be tough but fair prosecutors, meaningful sentences, protection of victims’ rights, and limits on judicial discretion.

Modifications to it should be targeted toward certain categories, especially nonviolent offenders and mental health issues, and should require disclosure by the courts of any judicial exemption from the State’s sentencing requirements.

Where We Stand

Police

Violent and crime have been increasing significantly across the United States. The challenge facing police also increased. Few steps must be taking in consideration to create strong, will trained police.

  • Funding police: More fund needs to be allocated to help police to tackle certain issues.

  • Support and create more training programs to elevate police confidence and tactics.

  • Increase interaction between police and community.

Crime & Violence

Law must be enforced and extra measures should be taken against criminal to help in reducing crime and violence. Government is responsible to help people and communities to be safe. Reducing crimes and violence takes three components:

  • The most effective forces in reducing crime and other social problems are strong families and caring communities supported by excellent law enforcement. Both reinforce constructive conduct and ethical standards by setting examples and providing safe havens from dangerous and destructive behaviors.

  • Strong, well trained law enforcement will be essential to protect the community especially the weak and vulnerable, from predators.

  • Tougher law on criminal who create threat to people. Also, create educational social center during jailing time to educate prisoners.

Drug & Addiction

Assessing the social and economic costs of drug prohibition and recognize the need of helping people to heal and rebuild their future away from drugs and the addiction.

Gun Control

Supporting the Second Amendment (the right to bear arm) as well as the right to carry concealed weapons. No government shall enforce any type of restriction on buying, bearing, or carrying gun except in the following condition:

  • A person known to have a mental issue.

  • Carrying military grade equipment and weapon in public while no threat to community is visible or imposed.

Death Penalty

Death penalty should be legal for first degree murders especially mass shooters and children’s killers.
